Welcome to the Embody to Evolve Method, a transformative process that helps you remember and embody your true nature. This method identifies the physical, cognitive, and energetic patterns that keep you in survival mode. These patterns, which we often think of as bad habits, were actually self-protective coping mechanisms (at one time) yet they become embedded in the mind, body, and energy system. This deep excavation process will allow you to identify and release these protective patterns, in a titrated way, so that being healthy becomes about having the resources, creativity, and energy to make your unique mark on the world.

Three Pillars of the Embody to Evolve Method

Rooting the Body

This four-module course, is designed to bring balance and harmony to the body while also exploring and identifying what causes you to fall off track. If you have spent years trying to figure out this “food thing,” this course will teach you how to eat in a way that supports your unique physiology so that you feel physically satiated. Yet, what really sets this course apart is that it goes beyond nutrition. By now, most of us have “been there-done that” with nutritional information, meal prepping, resets, and functional medicine protocols and are aware that they don’t foster lasting change. In this course, each module delves deeper than nutrition to help you uncover your triggers, the underlying needs they are pointing to, and how to resource yourself so that you don’t have resort to unhelpful coping mechanisms. 

Reclaim the Mind

This comprehensive 10-module program is designed be the next step in the journey back to ourselves. In this program, we delve into subconscious mind patterns and rewrite new inner narratives using the Truce with Food® framework, an evidence-based, client-proven approach that aims to transform your relationship with food. This integrative approach helps you understand what all the food rules and guilt (should’s/shouldnt’s/can/cant’s….aka food noise) are really about. When you can logically see what you are doing and why it makes sense, space is created so that you can respond rather than react with old patterns like using food as a reward. If you have spent years battling your body and you’re committed to eating when hungry, stopping when full, and letting go of the drama surrounding food or body image, this program will give you liberating, lasting results. 

Illuminate the Soul

As the mind and body begin to stabilize, transformation on a cellular level becomes possible by attuning to the subtle energetic system that underlies the nervous system. In this 7-module program through the chakras, we work together to identify energetic patterns that disconnect you from your intuitive intelligence. When we orient to the emotional imprints, ancestral wounds or past traumas, patterns can shift to allow for a deeper level of healing. By restoring the natural flow of vital life force energy, you can align with your soul’s purpose and gifts.

This embodiment journey is for any women ready to reclaim their power, values, vitality, wisdom, and intuition. If you often feel in conflict about what you want and what you “should/have too, must do” this work will help quiet the noise, attune you to your values, and provide you with practical tools to orient to your desires so that life becomes more fulfilling and there is less need to turn to outdated coping mechanisms.


Many individuals that I work with suspect there is something beneath their struggle with food and body image. Fed up with “waiting on the weight” and feeling like life is just happening to them, they are ready to approach this issue from a different and deeper perspective. We work together to bring physiological and psychological safety within the body, so they can liberate energy that was previously used to battle their bodies. This energy can be redirected towards activities that bring them a sense of deep satisfaction, nourishment, and empowerment.


This work helps individuals make peace with their bodies and provides support regardless of whether they wish to lose weight. Weight loss is not the primary goal of this program, but it can be a byproduct as the work addresses the root cause of stress, which is inflammation. If you’ve ever been told to love your body but you can’t even comprehend how you would do that- this work will help you. It will allow you to connect the dots of why your out-of-alignment behaviors make sense and were self-protective, not self-sabotage. So if you’ve been wondering for years why you keep self-sabotaging, this work will be incredibly liberating.


Most health coaching programs emphasize the “why” and offer tips and tools to help individuals develop healthier habits in food and exercise. If you’re new to the power of nutrition and exercise, this traditional “why” focused health coaching may be beneficial. While these tools are valuable, this method of coaching is quite outdated when it comes to achieving transformative change. In fact, David Peterson, Google’s head of Leadership and Development, has called the adult development foundation used in the Truce with Food framework both the disruption and future of coaching. In other words, traditional coaching can be like hitting the gas pedal on car, but my work focuses on understanding why we keep applying the brakes and examining the protective resistance to change. 


Each session is a module that builds on each other. Included in each session/module is an audio lesson, worksheets, and one hour of coaching support.

No, although it is recommended to complete all three and in the order listed above (think appetizer, main meal, and dessert).


I get it. It can be uncomfortable-especially for women-to invest in themselves when there are so many other competing commitments. An incredibly powerful way to heal is in connection with others and it’s more affordable. Groups of two or more are welcome and encouraged. Finally, if you are genuinely called to a program but facing financial constraints, please reach out to explore available options.
